All pre-orders are charged in advance once you place the order.
No cancellations on pre-orders. If you do need to cancel a pre-order it will be issued as a store credit. No refunds.
Street dates are subject to change. Some titles come in early and are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Some titles might not arrive until after the street date. This is rare but it does happen.
If a title is in this section of the site and has a "ADD TO CART" button instead of a "PRE-ORDER NOW" button and the Pre-Order information is still in the description, this does not mean the title is in stock. It means I have not gotten stock yet.
