Please note that all orders that contain a pre-order title will not ship until all titles are in stock. If you don't want to wait please place separate orders.

All pre-orders are charged in advance once you place the order.

No cancellations on pre-orders. If you do need to cancel a pre-order it will be issued as a store credit. No refunds.

Street dates are subject to change. Some titles come in early and are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Some titles might not arrive until after the street date. This is rare but it does happen. Australian and UK titles usually come in on street date or after street date. Please be patient while we wait on the distributors to supply our inventory.
