Q: DOES TITLE "X" HAVE A SLIPCOVER?
A: All titles with a slipcover now have an variant in the listing, If it says "WITH SLIPCOVER" it has one. If it doesn't say that, it doesn't have a slipcover. Some titles might have two options, with or without, choose the one you prefer.
Q: DO YOU SHIP IN A BOX?
A: Please read the shipping information page.
Q: DOES TITLE "X" PLAY ON MY PLAYER?
A: All titles sold on the site are playable in the US. If I have an import it is playable worldwide. If there is a title that is not playable in the US it will be noted on the listing.
Q: I DON'T SEE TITLE "X" ON YOUR SITE. CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME?
A: Just ask. We have access to thousands of titles through our distribution channels but it's not feasible to have everything listed on the site. Shoot me a message and I'll see what I can do. I also have access to games so just let me know what you're looking for.
Q: WHAT IS THE "NOTIFY ME" DEAL ON SOME TITLES?
A: Not everything on the site is in stock. Once a title sells out we will place an order to get the title back in stock. All of the titles on the site we carry (except for used product - it can't be re-ordered). It usually takes about a week to restock a title. It might take longer in some cases. Adding your information using the NOTIFY ME option, you will know when the title is restocked. If a title goes out of print it will be taken off the site.
Please note that prices are subject to change. Using the NOTIFY ME feature does not guarantee any pricing. It also does not guarantee a slipcover.
Q: CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS?
A: Yes and no. It is a lot easier to add to or take away from your order than it is to combine two orders. If you would like to either add to or remove anything on your current order, please contact us. We will be able to do that for you. If you add to an order you will be sent an invoice for the addition. If you want to upgrade shipping, we can do that too!
