Q: DOES TITLE "X" HAVE A SLIPCOVER?
A: All titles with a slipcover have an variant in the listing, If it says "WITH SLIPCOVER" it has one. If it doesn't say that, it doesn't have a slipcover. Some titles might have two options, with or without slipcover, choose the one you prefer. Slipcovers are not guaranteed to be in mint condition. Pre-orders are not guaranteed to have a slipcover except for Vinegar Syndrome Limited edition releases.
Q: IS TITLE "X" THE LIMITED EDITION?
A: All Limited Edition releases will say so in the item title. If it does not say anything it is the standard edition.
Q: DO YOU SHIP IN A BOX?
A: Please read the shipping information page.
Q: DOES TITLE "X" PLAY ON MY PLAYER?
A: Most titles sold on the site are playable in the US. If there is a title that is not playable in the US it will be noted on the listing. If a title is listed as Region B, you will need a region free player to play it. All 4K UHD discs are region free but if the item comes with a Blu-Ray, then the Blu-Ray may be region locked.
Q: I DON'T SEE TITLE "X" ON YOUR SITE. CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME?
A: Just ask. We have access to thousands of titles through our distribution channels but it's not feasible to have everything listed on the site. Email us at info@grindhousevideo.com and we'll see if it is something we can order. We have distributors in the US, Europe and Australia. We do not have access to products outside of those countries.
Q: WHAT IS THE "NOTIFY ME" DEAL ON SOME TITLES?
A: Not everything on the site is in stock. Once a title sells out we will place an order to get the title back in stock. If a titles goes out of stock it is re-ordered. This usually takes about a week to restock a title. It might take longer in some cases. Adding your information using the NOTIFY ME option, you will know when the title is restocked.
Please note that prices are subject to change. Using the NOTIFY ME feature does not guarantee any pricing. It also does not guarantee a slipcover.
Q: CAN YOU COMBINE OR ADD TO ORDERS?
A: No. Due to the use of calculated shipping on the site we cannot add to orders. We can add to an order if it has already reached the free shipping mark and that's the shipping option you have chosen. Otherwise, you will need to place a new order.
We cannot combine orders. The system does not allow for it.
