Shipping policy

As of 1/1/25 we will no longer be offering the free shipping option due to the large amount of products being marked down for clearance. A lot of these titles are being sold at cost or even below cost. 

 

All items will be shipped once everything on the order is in stock. 

 

All pre-orders placed in the same order will ship once every title is in stock.

 

Please pay attention to street dates if you want them to ship out as close to release date as possible. We ship all orders as soon as they are complete. Street dates are subject to change.

We offer Media Mail, Ground Advantage and Priority shipping. We ship orders Monday through Friday (with exceptions during holidays). If you place an order on Friday (after noon), Saturday or Sunday the order will ship on Monday, possibly Tuesday depending on the amount of orders that come in over the weekend. 

 

Media Mail is not the preferred method of shipping. If you choose this option there is a risk of the package being lost, damaged or taking an extremely long time to arrive. If an item is damaged using Media Mail the customer pays the shipping to return the item, we will not send out a shipping label for returns. Return labels will be sent via email for damaged product if you choose Ground Advantage or Priority. 

 

We are no longer offering replacements for damaged items. A refund will be sent if you decide to return the product. 

 

Please make sure your address is correct on each order. If a package is returned due to USPS not being able to deliver due to the address or other circumstances the order will be refunded MINUS THE SHIPPING COSTS.

 

ALL ORDERS COME WITH TRACKING. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. 

 

ONCE A PACKAGE IS HANDED OFF TO USPS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH DELIVERY PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. WE CANNOT HELP ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT.
